Digital Transformations to

Eliminate Your Process Frictions

Productivity & efficiency  - DO NOT MAKE LIVE

ALSO NEEDS A SALES/REVENUE/CX DMM - so we have 3 DMMs in total

Using a maturity model is a good starting point to assess your own organisation. It provides an idea of how you might be doing against your peers and insight into where improvements might be made.

Our standard’s based Digital Maturity Model examines productivity and efficiency within organisational documented workflows in an online context. In our experience the most common areas where productivity can be improved are:

  • Travelling to and from external meetings
  • Time spent in meeting
  • Preparing for a meeting
  • Writing up you notes for a meeting
  • Signing and witnessing documents
  • Performing KYC checks
  • Preparing documents for a meeting
  • Length of time transactions take to complete
  • Printing, posting and rescanning documents

The impact each of these will have on the productivity and efficiency will different across any one organisation. Having tools to enable discussion helps to upskill the whole team.

Why should you perform the assessment?

  • An understanding of your processes and where they can be improved will make your organisation more competitive
  • The assessment can highlight opportunities to save you money
  • The use of specialisation for repeatable complex tasks will reduce errors and streamline existing processes, which in turn reduces those costs
  • If your organization is not identifying and tackling where the costs are in their existing processes run the risk of being vulnerable to competitors who lower their costs by doing so

Getting started is easy…

Thinking about how your organisation handles the whole customer engagement process, including; documentation, identity and sales processes with new and existing clients, assess your view of your organisation’s digital maturity by entering a rating from 0-5.

Most maturity models are based on five categories to assess the maturity of productivity and efficiency within organisations:
